This “Já te Disse” rosé certainly aims to surprise – and it largely succeeds. Its delicate, forest-hued colour hints at a remarkably fresh wine, crafted with a touch of Syrah, Aragonez, and Touriga Nacional. The accolades from the Concours Mondiale Bruxelles clearly validated our impressions: a truly elegant wine with wonderfully persistent herbaceous notes. It’s a fantastic pairing with grilled fish or a vibrant salad of red berries – a testament to the vision of Enólogo Joachim Roque.
