Jardim de Granito is a single‑varietal wine made from Touriga Nacional. It pours a bright ruby color and offers fresh aromas with hints of the giesta flower, pine nut and eucalyptus, reflecting the forested surroundings where the vineyard is planted. The wine’s volume, persistence and balanced acidity give it a long, gastronomic finish. Cabral de Almeida & Fonseca have created the Jardins do Vinho project on the basis of promoting sustainability and embracing values of innovation, competence and human development. Jardins do Vinho was launched by Rita Cabral, who returns to her roots in the Dão region to produce quality wine by honoring tradition.
