This JJ Talha is a bold statement of love for the dark fruit of the Alentejo – you can already sense the incredible concentration. Ripe black fruit dominates the palate, beautifully balanced by the subtle elegance of the stem (pédonculo), a characteristic of this region’s rich terroir. A persistent, robust wine, it’s wonderfully suited to a hearty roast, especially lamb with freshly dug potatoes.
