Vinha do Jeremias is made exclusively from Syrah grapes grown in chalky soils and aged for 12 months in new American and French oak barrels. It is a wine with high aromatic concentration, featuring mineral notes, spices, and hints of dark chocolate and ripe fruit. On the palate it is powerful, elegant, and smooth, with firm tannins and a long, lingering finish. Making wine is an art that in Portugal we have refined over centuries, now strengthened by greater knowledge and better means.
