Cobblers Hill is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot that its owners, Gary and Kathy Jordan, pay tribute to their family legacy: descendants of experienced cobblers who transferred the craft of shoe‑making to the art of winemaking. The wine comes from the heart of Stellenbosch, where vines are caressed by the sea breezes of False Bay and the cold Benguela current—factors that promote a slow, nuanced ripening. After a 24‑month aging in French oak barrels, it emerges as a silky‑textured, balanced red with polished tannins.
