Conscious of the responsibility of being today Portugal’s oldest producer of table wine and Moscatel de Setúbal, the company follows a philosophy of continuous development, continually investing in research and production support and blending the latest techniques with traditional knowledge. A perfect example of this is the José de Sousa Rosado Fernandes estate in Reguengos de Monsaraz, Alentejo, where the Roman tradition of fermenting in clay pots coexists with cutting‑edge technology.
