Produced by José Maria da Fonseca, with their Reguengos de Monsaraz winery, it pays homage to the founder’s legacy, blending the Roman tradition of clay fermentation with modern techniques. You truly taste the soul of the Alentejo, thanks to the Aragonez and Trincadeira grapes, which provide a rich, fruity character. It’s a fantastic accompaniment to a perfectly grilled steak, of course.
