This Júlia Kemper Reserva, hailing from the Dão, is a seriously devoted wine – it’s like a daily ritual, really. The daily *bâttonage* – keeping those lees swirling – gives it an incredible texture and complexity, defying its just 12 months in French oak barrels. You get gorgeous notes of pear, peach, and apricot, beautifully balanced by the zest of lemongrass. Expect a long, full finish; it’s fantastic with grilled white fish or a salad bursting with nuts.
