Located in Portugal’s Alentejo region, Quinta de Dona Maria is renowned for its 18th‑century palace, which not only serves as a historic landmark but has also been tied to wine production for more than 150 years. In 1988, under new owner Júlio Bastos, the estate’s wines began to be marketed nationally and internationally, earning recognition from both general consumers and wine critics.
