This Justinos, aged 10 years, is certainly an intriguing proposition. The initial impression hints at smoky damson and bright orange blossom notes – a definite intensity – yet there’s an undeniable rustic edge already apparent on the palate. As predicted by *Wine Spectator*, the lingering acidity offers a surprisingly bold finish, and would pair wonderfully with a grilled fish and sweet potato purée.
