This Kaputt – aptly named, considering its somewhat turbulent past – is a fascinating experiment. Born from multiple vintages of Gouveio, it’s the product of a “nearly there” journey, bottled in 2016. Let’s just say it’s an acquired taste, best enjoyed alongside fresh fish or seaweed to really appreciate its complexity.
