Pessegueiro A DOC Douro wine that captivates with its harmony and complexity, ideal for special moments or to accompany rich and sophisticated dishes. **CLIMATE** The 2020/2021 growing season featured some fluctuations in temperature and annual rainfall compared to historical averages, with the year considered normal and dry. The harvest was long, cool, and wet (essentially from the second half of September). The musts are of good quality, fresher, aromatic, with good acidity and slightly lower alcohol. **VINIFICATION** Harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 22‑kg crates to the cellar. They spent 12 hours in a refrigeration chamber, then were destemmed, partially crushed, and gravity‑fed into the fermentation tanks. Vinification was carried out in stainless‑steel vats. The wine aged 12 months in oak barrels.
