Born from the granite soils of Klein Constantia – a name that evokes a certain Cape formality – this Moscatel de Frontignan is a delightfully surprising wine. Expect bursts of orange marmalade and wild strawberry, punctuated by a ginger note that’s remarkably evocative. It’s a complex little number, and frankly, it begs for a pairing with fresh sheep’s cheese to really sing.
