The bottles of aged wines may exhibit dust traces and damaged labels, a natural consequence of their age. The National Cellar stores all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it deliberately preserves the visual character typical of their years. We curate brands/regions that typically reveal distinctive traits in old wine tastings. Still, wine is a living organism that, even sealed, evolves over time, so the cellar cannot be held liable for the product’s quality. We recommend opening the bottle and letting the wine aerate beforehand to unlock its natural aromas after so many years closed.
