The white version of La Viña Ayer will seduce anyone seeking distinctive wines crafted like a red. For its production, only the Albillo Real variety from Serra de Gredos was used, harvested from vines over 60 years old grown on granite‑sand and slate soils. The result is an elegant, complex monovarietal with great personality, body and good aging potential. Wine Advocate critic Luis Gutiérrez compares it to some Savagnin wines. Versatile and very food‑friendly.
