The Rapolao is a plot situated on a north-facing slope with a steep incline. Because of its steepness, it cannot be cultivated with machinery. It is a floral delight, with a fine palate and vibrant acidity. An interesting fact: it is the wine from Raúl Pérez’s favourite vineyard, a plot that nobody wanted due to its high botrytis.
