This La Volée Rosé, born on the clay-rich and limestone slopes of Cantanhede, is a passionate tribute to Baga. Produced with meticulous care and a touch of tradition, it bursts from the bottle like a flash – predictably, from Volée. Following a 12-month aging in the cellar, enhanced with the signature *pugnetage* technique, the result is a wine with a robust structure, worthy of a producer as discerning as Mr. Morais Vaz and Mrs. Matias. Limited to just 5750 bottles, this rosé is a true rarity, an invitation to celebrate the genesis of Baga and the Bairrada’s distinctive terroir – ideal for pairing with grilled fish or smoked salmon.
