Wine produced in the Douro Region, 100 % Viosinho. It was aged in barrels for about six months and presents a golden straw colour, bright and clear. Its aroma is fresh and highly complex, with balsamic nuances and hints of vanilla derived from the wooden ageing. On the palate it is very rich and fresh, revealing tropical notes such as melon and pineapple, followed by a pleasant and persistent balsamic and buttery finish. Lavradores de Feitoria is a project created in September 2000, born from the union of 15 growers who own 18 estates spread across the best Douro terroirs and the three sub‑regions. Today it comprises 48 shareholders, of whom 15 are grape producers, and 19 estates that together cover 600 ha of vines. Thus, Lavradores de Feitoria is a unique project of Douro growers, convened to bring together their knowledge and experience, innovation and tradition. (illustrative image only)
