This Leira do Canhoto is clearly a wine obsessed with detail – and rightly so. The careful, slow fermentation (16-18°C) and stainless steel aging, with regular lees stirring, ensure a wonderfully fresh and vibrant wine. Predominantly made with Loureiro, Arinto and Alvarinho, it's a perfect match for a flaky white fish and sautéed nettles – a truly discerning choice.
