Description

This monovarietal Garnacha Blanca comes from old vines planted in 1939 on limestone soils, cultivated in strict accordance with biodynamic principles. Its production, marked by minimal intervention, involves a very gentle pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by nine months in barrels with their lees. The result is a dazzling white of limited production that perfectly balances the Mediterranean climate’s heat with the tension and freshness afforded by altitude.
