This Douro Branco is built around a fascinating blend of Viosinho, Gouveio, Códega, Rabigato and Síria grapes, sourced from vines aged 90 years or more at an impressive 500 metres above sea level. The result is a wine bursting with minerality and a wonderfully bracing acidity – a testament to the unique terroir. It’s a remarkably pure and refreshing expression, evolving at a delightfully slow pace, and would pair beautifully with grilled fish and shellfish.”
