This white wine is the result of blending two parcels from the Les Maranches vineyard, located in Uchizy (Burgundy). The vines are grown according to biodynamic principles, fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, and large foudres are used for aging on lees. These are some of the keys to the success of this Chardonnay by Dominique Lafon in Mâcon.
