Les Tosses is the quintessence of old Carignan from Priorat, cultivated on slate soils. The vineyard sits in Torroja de Priorat, 600 metres above sea level and south‑facing, where Dominik Huber discovered purity and authenticity. Carignan, often unfairly dubbed rustic, reveals its best side in this exceptional red thanks to a meticulous winemaking process that respects the environment and eschews artifices.
