This "Lua Cheia" from the Douro – a white wine that seems to have danced under the moonlight. The grapes, meticulously de-oiled, undergo a prolonged pre-fermentation process, almost like a lunar ritual, allowing the natural enzymes to fully express themselves. Supported by carefully selected yeasts, the result is a complex and aromatic wine, recognised by the Vinalies International in 2015 (actually from 2014), and still pleasing with a silver medal from Mundus Vini. Perfect with fresh fish or seafood, wouldn’t you agree?
