The Murillo Centenario was created to celebrate the cellar’s centenary in 1996, using a hand‑picked, exceptional solera established in 1994 that sits in the Lustau cellar, where humidity and temperature are rigorously controlled. It’s a Pedro Ximénez of almost mystical density, with decades of aging turning the sugar of the pass‑made grape into pure velvet.
