LV Winemaking: The grapes from previously selected plots, transported in 22 kg boxes, were subjected to a rigorous sorting upon entering the cellar. After destemming and pressing, the must was transferred to a stainless‑steel vat where it was kept at 8 °C for 48 hours until decantation. Once alcoholic fermentation began in the vat, the wine was moved to French oak barrels, where it continued fermenting at controlled temperatures of 15 °C over 30 days. Aging: 9 months in French oak barrels, with bâtonnage of fine lees. Vine age: 15 and 20 years. Allergen information: Contains sulfites.
