On the palate, the wine’s substantial tannins, stemming from Syrah and Touriga Nacional, are beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity, resulting in a full-bodied wine with a remarkably long finish. Seriously, it practically begs for a hearty grilled steak or a perfectly roasted suckling pig. And, you know, it’s also received a respectable 17 points from Revista de Vinhos – a nice bonus!
