This Mamoré from Borba is surprisingly complex, thanks to its Antão Vaz grapes aged directly in the “talha” (clay amphora). The vibrant acidity and ripe white fruit notes practically beg for a pairing with well-aged cheeses, or perhaps a delicately grilled fish – one that really lets the grape’s finesse shine through. A truly authentic reflection of Alentejo’s winemaking heritage.
