Manda Huevos comes from the Latin expression *Mandat opus*, which can be translated as “necessity obliges.” This red wine is crafted from grapes grown on two plots in Villarroya de la Sierra and Calatayud—one with vines nearly 120 years old and the other planted in the 1970s.
