Half Macabeo, half Garnacha from old vines (1969). Norrel Robertson MW is responsible for crafting this white wine using Burgundian techniques in the cellar. It stands out for its exuberant aroma and saline, savory palate. Both the name and image of this wine pay tribute to its origin (Calatayud), with a direct reference to Mahoma Rami, the architect of Pope Luna who, in the 15th century, designed most of the churches and buildings in the region.
