This Manoella Rosé from Wine & Soul is a passionate tribute to the ancient vines of the Cima Corgo. Crafted primarily from 40-year-old Touriga Nacional, it’s a rosé bursting with incredible freshness – a fleeting recollection of wild raspberries and rose petals. Jorge, the winemaker who inherited the quinta established in 1838, has masterfully balanced concentration with delicate finesse, resulting in a wine that clings to the palate with remarkable longevity.
