This Mãos Reserva, hailing from the heart of the Douro, clearly had a rather restless youth, spending 18 months in new French oak barrels. This undoubtedly injected a welcome dose of complexity. The blend of Touriga Nacional and Gouveio offers a beautifully balanced, fruity red – ideal for pairing with grilled beef or aged cheeses.
