**Textura da Estrela** The Textura da Estrela Rosé is made from Tinta Roriz grown on a private plot in the Dão, within the Serra da Estrela sub‑region, in Vila Nova de Tazem. These vines, over 25 years old, thrive on granite soils and are managed sustainably without the use of herbicides. The estate has been transitioning to organic certification since 2020. **Vinification and Maturation** After pressing, the must underwent a 48‑hour static decantation. Fermentation took place in 225‑litre used French oak barrels. The wine then aged for 11 months on whole lees, with no bâtonnage.
