The Quinta do Noval’s Maria Mansa is a truly refined red, thanks to its fermentation in conical vats – it seems they’ve given it a very specific lesson in elegance! The grapes, meticulously hand-picked at 25-27°C, are clearly a carefully selected lot. Maturation in 2-3 year old French oak barrels adds a wonderful note of dried fig and black plum, as noted by *Revista de Vinhos*, alongside incredible smoothness and structure. A wine designed for those who appreciate balance and, of course, the unmistakable quality of Quinta do Noval.
