This Marias, lauded with 93 points, clearly enjoyed a prolonged stay in oak – and with excellent results! The nose immediately reveals a generous expression of red berries, balanced by the vibrant acidity of the matarajo grapes, subtly spiced and undoubtedly influenced by the Alentejo terroir. On the palate, the fruit persists beautifully, accompanied by tannins that are present yet refined and elegant, a perfect match for grilled fish or roasted lamb. A wine certainly worth saving, but equally enjoyable served immediately.
