White DOC Alentejo from producer João Portugal Ramos, made from the grape varieties Arinto, Antão Vaz and Viognier. It has an open, citrine hue that reflects its freshness and youth. On the nose it offers a bright, citrus‑laden aroma with delicate notes of citrus and a hint of minerality, showcasing the fruit‑forward and vibrant character of the chosen varieties. On the palate it delivers solid structure, well‑balanced and integrated acidity, and a succession of high‑quality fruity flavors that finish with a long, pleasant aftertaste. The winemaking is meticulous, with hand‑harvested grapes picked early in the morning to preserve freshness, followed by fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks under temperature control, which encourages a clean, elegant aromatic expression of this Alentejano white. It’s ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fresh fish, light white meats, and fresh salads.
