Alentejo DOC white wine from producer João Portugal Ramos, crafted from the Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Viognier grapes. It displays an open, bright citrus hue that conveys its freshness and youthfulness. On the nose it stands out with a crisp aroma featuring delicate citrus notes and a hint of minerality, reflecting the fruity and vibrant expression of the grape varieties used. On the palate it offers solid structure, well-integrated and balanced acidity, sustaining high-quality fruit flavors and culminating in a long, pleasant finish. The vinification is meticulous: grapes are hand‑picked early in the morning to preserve freshness, followed by fermentation in stainless‑steel vats with temperature control, which promotes a clean and elegant aromatic expression typical of this Alentejo white. It is an ideal aperitif and pairs well with shellfish, grilled fresh fish, light white meats, and fresh salads.
