This white wine originates from vines planted in franco soil in the municipality of Fuente Álamo. It’s a pueblo blend of Macabeo, Airén and other local varieties such as Tortosí, Malvasía and Pardilla. After 11 months in foudre, it offers powerful creaminess and intensity, yet retains incredible freshness and minerality. A decidedly Mediterranean wine, salty and distinctive.
