Description

This wine derives its name from an illustrious ancestor of the Mazzei family: Philip Mazzei (1730‑1816), a liberal thinker and passionate about viticulture. Crafted solely from Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from a vineyard in the Chianti Classico area, Philip is an intense, elegant red with a superior aging potential of over 20 years. It pairs wonderfully with wild mushrooms, roasted dishes, and the famed “Fiorentina” steak.
