**Memórias de Santar SOLOS** The soils are of granitic origin (porphyritic granites), well drained but with very low fertility and water reserves, naturally curbing vine vigor and inducing a moderate water stress during ripening that lets the grapes fully express their potential. **2022/2023 Vintage** The 2022/2023 crop was marked by an unusually dry autumn/winter, so vines began their biological cycle with minimal soil moisture. A hot, arid summer required irrigation to maintain moderate water stress. After the painter, the very fresh, characteristically cool Dão nights contributed to the excellent maturation of the grapes, which at harvest fully realized their potential, yielding this exceptional white. **Vinification** Grapes were hand‑picked at dawn into 25‑kg baskets, selecting only the best bunches. Fermentation proceeded at controlled temperatures for 20 days in small stainless‑steel vats. **Stage** Fine lees contact with regular stirring. **Chemical Parameters** Total acidity: 5.5 g l⁻¹ pH: 4.0 Reducing sugars/Baumé: 4 g l⁻¹
