Villa Nogueira Harvest Branco is a wine from the Óbidos origin designation, and its production places special emphasis on environmental and health issues. The grapes that give it its character come from vineyards certified under Integrated Production standards. It presents a lemony colour with greenish hues, with aromas of stone‑fruit and floral notes. It reveals excellent acidity, well integrated throughout the tasting experience. Quinta do Porto Nogueira was founded in 1738, in the first half of the eighteenth century, and has remained in the same family’s ownership until the second half of the twentieth century. The current owners acquired it at the beginning of the twenty‑first century. The 20 hectares of vines on the property are planted on clay soils, shaped by the natural microclimate of the foothills of Serra de Todo‑o‑Mundo and the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, about 20 km away.
