The Rebolón is the tribute that Gregory Pérez pays to Valentín, a resident of Espanillo who significantly helped the winemaker upon his arrival in Bierzo and assisted in restoring this vineyard. This red wine comes from three small plots and spends 16 months maturing in oak barrels and concrete eggs. It offers a very mature nose with raisin notes and a serious, rustic palate.
