Menin Reserva Branco

Description

This Menin Reserva white is a truly elegant expression of the Douro Valley. Harvested with careful attention – using those lovely 18kg boxes – the grapes yield a must brimming with potential, gently fermented at just 16°C, allowing the core varieties – Viosinho, Gouveio, Arinto and Rabigato – to shine. Eight months of *bâtonnage* further refine the wine, resulting in a remarkably fresh, persistent wine with hints of white flowers, pear and a touch of white pepper from the oak. Seriously delightful with grilled fish, and absolutely perfect with a generous slab of olive oil bread, of course.
