On the palate, it’s a remarkably elegant wine, boasting velvety tannins and an acidity that beautifully balances its complexity. Apparently, it snagged 17.5 points at Bela Bela – and rightly so; it’s a refreshingly harmonious wine with a lovely lingering finish – ideal for pairing with salt cod fritters, don’t you think?”
