Mesa do Presidente Colheita tinto is made from the traditional Dão grape varieties, presenting a clean garnet colour with brick‑red reflections thanks to bottle ageing. Its aromas of wild fruit and its complex, balanced structure make this wine persistent and velvety. The Caves Campelo wine company is based between Barcelos and Famalicão, in the Demarcated Region of the Verde Wines. With progressive growth, Caves Campelo have invested in renovating their facilities and expanding their business to produce wine also in the Douro and Dão regions. The year 2007 marked a necessary turning point, and today, under the stewardship of Rui Miranda, export manager, Reinaldo Pinho, the head oenologist, and Óscar Lima, one of the owners and logistics manager, the company is on a path to success and innovation.
