Crafted using a bold blend of Castelão, aged in 625L oak barrels – clearly seasoned by countless vintages – this wine reflects a dedication to manual labour and pure enthusiasm. The extended maceration in open Bins, combined with foot-treading, unlocks vibrant colour and aroma, culminating in a luxuriously smooth texture and a flavour profile begging to be savoured. An excellent pairing with grilled fish or game meats, naturally.
