This Minuty 281 is a seriously meticulous Provence Rosé. Predominantly made with Syrah and Grenache, the cool fermentation (14°C) clearly indicates a dedication to retaining the delicate character of these grapes. The result is a wonderfully fresh and vibrant nose, followed by a well-balanced acidity and a lingering finish – a testament to careful pressing and the introduction of inert gas. It’s an excellent match with oysters or grilled fish, really.
