Description

A wine crafted from the selection of grapes from the finest parcels of the Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Miúda, and Touriga Nacional varieties. After vinification in large vats with intense maceration, it matured for 16 months in French oak barrels. It is intense, highly complex, with a delicate and elegant bouquet, and holds great aging potential. Rooted in the Alentejo landscape is Herdade dos Grous. Located in Albernoa, 17 kilometres from Beja, Herdade dos Grous combines wine production, livestock farming, rural tourism, and enotourism. Alentejo, Portugal’s largest province, retains its traditional Portuguese charm and the Moura heritage, evident throughout its architecture.
