This MOB White from Wine & Soul is a delightful little surprise from the Dão region. It’s matured with 30% new oak, adding a touch of elegance, and features a beautiful blend of Encruzado and Bical grapes – you really get a sense of the terroir, with a pronounced minerality reminiscent of the Atlantic coast. Critics awarded it 18 points, praising its vibrant acidity and seamless integration, making it an excellent match for grilled fish or, perhaps, a roasted chicken with fragrant herbs. Quite a revelation for the price.
