This MOB Senna from the Dão is quite the character – a refreshingly understated wine crafted from vineyards near Seia. A touch of new oak (30%, brave soul!) lends a subtle layer of sophistication. Expect a deeply coloured wine with a vibrant, floral nose and a surprising length. The firm, well-integrated tannins beautifully complement the pure, sensual fruit, as praised by Revista de Vinhos (18 points!). Seriously, it’s brilliant with a good steak – a pairing that’s become a classic for a reason.
