This wine, hailing from the Bairrada, feels like it stepped straight out of a fairytale. The interplay of Arinto and Alvarinho – perfectly suited to the region – delivers a wonderfully lively acidity, a real dance on the palate, alongside bright white fruit notes. Remarkably persistent salinity finishes it off beautifully, a testament to the exceptional terroir, which, incidentally, earned it a gold medal at the International Wines of Portugal Competition. Seriously delicious with grilled fish or a seafood rice dish.
